Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) is set to kick off its professional leagues in Cambodia and Myanmar this week. Serving as the official qualifiers for the upcoming M7 World Championship, the pro leagues will determine which teams secure a coveted Main Stage slot in the said event that will take place in Jakarta in January 2026.
The tournaments are shaping up to be the most exciting iterations with the arrival of Project NEXT's Annual Map Change. The game's most impactful patch update will challenge teams to adapt their strategies and forge new metas. Other important updates include the arrival of Obsidia, the newest marksman emerging from the dark depths of the Shadow Abyss. Major revamps will also be introduced for select heroes from The Abyss, such as Alice, Dyrroth, and Thamuz.
Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League (MPL) Cambodia (KH) Season 9 kicks off its Regular Season on 27 September 2025, promising the most competitive run yet with the resurgence of powerhouses such as Team Flash and See You Soon. Opening day will spotlight a thrilling clash between CFU Gaming and Team Max, a highly anticipated rematch of the Season 8 Grand Finals.
MPL KH Regular Season will run for five weeks, with matches happening every Saturday and Sunday starting at 13:00 (GMT+7). This season, the league is rolling out new community-driven campaigns by introducing new official and limited-edition commemorative items for MPL KH, giving fans the chance to bring home a piece of the league's legacy. In addition, the league is enhancing its IP with the debut of new mascots—characters that embody the values and culture of the Cambodian MLBB community. MSL MM Season 2 also introduces a new league format called the "Last Chance Play-ins." This stage features two matches among the 5th to 8th seeds from the Regular Season.
