The Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Türkiye Championship (MTC) returns for Season 7, now bigger than ever! This season comes at a defining moment for MLBB Esports in Türkiye, as Istabul is set to host the eighth edition of the world's most popular esports tournament—the M8 World Championship (M8). Featuring an almost-double prize pool of US$40,000, MTC's expansion underscores Türkiye's growing role in the global esports landscape. The season's champions will fly Türkiye's flag at the MLBB Mid Season Cup (MSC) at 2026 Esports World Cup (EWC), which features a US$3,000,000 prize pool. Meanwhile, the runners-up will qualify to the Wild Card stage.
Bigger stakes in the battle for glory
MTC Season 7 promises its highest stakes yet, with Türkiye's top eight MLBB teams competing for a place in the Playoffs. With its expanded prize pool, international qualification, and Istanbul's M8 milestone, this season offers local Turkish teams the chance to make their mark in the lead up to MLBB Esports' global tournaments.
For the first time, the league brings together a full roster of professional esports teams—Aurora Gaming, Beşiktaş Esports, Bushido Wildcats, Eternal Fire, FUT Esports, Misa Esports, PCIFIC Esports, Regnum Carya Esports. The eight teams will face off from 11 April to 17 May during the Regular Season, with the top six advancing to the Playoffs from 23 to 24 May. The Grand Finals, scheduled for 7 June, will see the champions take home the lion's share of the US$40,000 prize pool and represent Türkiye on the MSC at EWC 26 Main Stage. The second-place team will also secure a Wild Card slot at the world's largest multi-title esports event.

The M Series is also set to make its European debut with the M8 Finals, marking a bold new chapter in MLBB's global expansion. The milestone was announced by international video game company MOONTON Games during the M7 Grand Finals. The record-breaking event was crowned as the most popular mobile esports tournament in history with over 5.68 million Peak Concurrent Viewers (PCV), according to Esports Charts.
With Türkiye's gaming ecosystem now exceeding US$1 billion, the country has established itself as an emerging esports and gaming hub. The upcoming M8 Finals in Istanbul will support the continued growth of Türkiye's esports scene and give local talent a platform to shine on the world stage.
