31st SEA Games: MLBB achieves 2.2m PCV milestone

HANOI, 4 May – At the 31st SEA Games Mobile Legends: Bang Bang tournament held between 18 to 20 June, the final match between Indonesia and the Philippines drew over 2.2m peak-concurrent viewers (PCV). This marks a new viewership high for the mobile title, which garnered 1.37m PCV at the previous 30th SEA Games, according to analytics platform Esports Charts.

Amongst the other titles at the 31st SEA Games, Mobile Legends: Bang Bang held the top spot for hours watched, cementing its position as fan-favourite MOBA. 

Taking home the gold this year was the Philippines national team (SIBOL), which was comprised of M3 World Champions Blacklist International. The star duo of OhMyV33nus and Wise returned to compete in SEA Games to retain their crown against the Indonesian team, with a final score of 3-1 (best-of-five series).
