Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) Professional League Philippines (MPL PH) is back for Season 15 with major changes and new rivalries to spice up the competition. Launching on 28 February 2025, at the Green Sun Hotel, Makati, the 15th iteration welcomes two new esports giants Twisted Minds (TWIS) and Team Falcons (FLCN), new and returning pro players, and new brand partners.
The opener will feature TWIS and Aurora Gaming (RORA) in a best-of-three (BO3) match series, scheduled at 5 pm. It will be followed by the match between world champions ONIC Philippines (ONIC) and TNC Pro Team (TNC).

Those who watch the matches onsite can meet and greet their MPL PH idols, join the community tournament, participate in MPL Playground activities, and take home exclusive items.

New Era, New Contenders, Fiercer Competitions
MPL PH Season 15 witnesses new teams and major roster changes to level up the competition in the home of the champions. Former AP Bren players now join Saudi Arabia-based Team Falcons, making a league debut this season. TNC Pro Team undergoes a massive overhaul of its roster and welcomes Tristan "Yawi" Cabrera to have his Philippine homecoming after playing as an import in Indonesia for the team formerly known as Aura Esports.
ONIC Philippines sticks to its world-champion roster, adding Jaylord "Hate" Gonzales as its sixth man. Smart Omega will continue to be led by veteran Joshua "Ch4knu" Mangilog.
"Ngayong season, mas double effort ako, dahil kinapos kami last season. Lahat kami ibibigay namin best namin para mabigyan lahat ng fans ng magandang laban, said Ch4knu.
MPL PH S14 runner-up RORA retains its main five, while Team Liquid Philippines (TLPH) introduces its new Gold Laner Kiel Calvin "OHEB" Soriano dubbed "The Filipino Sniper." TWIS' quintet will be led by "KDA Machine" Salic "Hadji" Imam.
Bigger, Bolder Brand Collaborations for the Community
Offline spectators and online fans are in for an even more exciting season through bigger activations to be mounted by official partners Smart Communications, Inc and Infinix. This season, the league also welcomes international family entertainment center, Timezone, and gaming chair brand, TTRacing, as partners in esports.
Infinix will launch the second season of its MPL PH Infinix FANSiklaban which gathers fans to represent their MPL PH community in a weekly MLBB match where prizes await. This time, Infinix is also giving away freebies and promo codes worth up to PHP 1000 off to be used when fans purchase Infinix products such as phones and accessories.
Smart will continue its MPL PH Battle Trips Program, inviting students from universities to a workshop about esports broadcasting, production, logistics, league operations, and journalism. What's more, Smart will be launching a Discord Community Hub for prepaid users to host special events and giveaway exclusive perks to power up their gaming experience.
New partner in esports, Timezone, brings the nostalgic family entertainment experience in the MPL PH Playground through their iconic carnival games to be mounted in the venue. Fans can take home merchandise items and vouchers that they can use at any Timezone branch nationwide.
Open Ecosystem for Women and Community Heroes
Finally, the event revealed that newly-formed professional MLBB league for women Athena League will host the qualifying tournament for the upcoming MLBB Women's Invitational featured in the Esports World Cup. MLBB Student Leaders Colleagiate Cup (MCC), the official collegiate league of MLBB in the Philippines will now have a direct slot for its champion to compete in the MLBB Development League (MDL) Philippines.
