SÃO PAULO, 7 May – The first season of Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League Latin America (MPL LATAM) concluded after an epic showdown between RRQ Akira and Entity7, with RRQ Akira emerging as champion! Both teams are the first to qualify for a spot in the Esports World Cup, where the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) Mid Season Cup (MSC) 2024 will be held.

RRQ Akira's victory came as no surprise to their fans, who saw the Brazilian team win the championship after competing in MPL Brazil before the league merged with MLSL South and North to form MPL LATAM.

The MSC 2024 will offer teams a unique and transformative prize pool of USD 3,000,000 – the biggest in MLBB Esports history. Taking place in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, the MSC 2024 features 16 teams competing for a slice of the prize money and the championship title. Entity7 will have to compete with seven teams in the Wild Card qualifiers, which will take place from 28 June, to earn a place in the MSC 2024 Group Stage and find RRQ Akira again.
