This year, Malaysia will be playing host to the M5 Wild Card happening in November, which will feature eight regions vying for another spot in the award-winning international championship.
Phnom Penh, 18 June – ONIC ID stormed their way through the Grand Finals of MSC 2023 for the crown! Held at AEON Mall Mean Chey to a crowd of over 1,200, ONIC ID fought against Blacklist International in a best-of-seven (BO7) series, with the former taking home the highly coveted international championship and walking away with a lion's share of USD 300,000. This marks the second time that ONIC ID has taken the championship home, having scored their first MSC trophy back in 2019.

PHNOM PENH, 1 June – International gaming developer and publisher MOONTON Games has teamed up with Cambodia's Ministry of Education, Youth, and Sports (MOEYS) for the upcoming ASEAN Paralympic Games 2023. Through its corporate social responsibility (CSR) arm MOONTON Cares, the company aims to launch different initiatives to amplify the federation's campaign for athletes with health conditions or impairments.
