This data is reinforced in the Indonesia Esports Industry Outlook 2021 , according to EVOS Esports (one of the largest esports teams in Indonesia) where the market alone has a total of 274.5 million gamers . Across Southeast Asia, Indonesia contributes up to 43% of the total gaming population and was the highest revenue contributor; USD 2.08 billion or around Rp 30 trillion in the last year.

Las Vegas, 1 November – The first offline Mobile Legends: Bang Bang North America Challenger Cup has concluded with a sweet surprise for The Valley! Held on the eve of Halloween, the grand finals of NACT saw an epic clash between The Valley veterans and The Simpsons, with The Valley taking home a cash prize of USD 10,500 and a ticket to the M4 World Championships happening in Jakarta from 1 - 16 January. There were no tricks from both teams - but exceptional sportsmanship and hero control were demonstrated by The Valley, who were favourites to win the competition.
